Baked Kale Chips

A healthy alternative to potato and corn chips when you feel like something crunchy

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch organic kale
  • 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil (or more to taste)
  • Fresh ground pepper & sea salt to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Wash kale and remove large center stem
  • Tear kale into pieces slightly larger than chip size
  • Toss kale in olive oil, salt, and pepper until lightly coated all over
  • Spread kale in one layer on a cookie sheet. Parchment paper is very helpful
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Keep an eye on them because they will burn quickly.
  • Serve hot & enjoy
