A new documentary from the creator of the award-winning film, My Longest Day, The IBC Project discusses the struggles of one woman's fight with Inflammatory Breast Cancer, and the general lack of knowledge about a disease that is commonly, and incorrectly, considered rare. Both the general public and the medical community are amazingly unfamiliar with this virulent affliction (the most aggressive form of breast cancer that is known), and the IBC Project is fighting against this ignorance.

I am so grateful that this video is up on your site. When Diana and I meet in January of 08, she was newly dx, and I was four months into treatment. IBC was not being talked about much at all. We really wanted to get the word out and Matthew Steinhart was kind enough to do this video for us. MD Anderson staff was very supportive. Please invite your friends to view this and have hope and work for a cure. I am sorry to write that Diana House passed away the last days of February 2010. I was honored to be her friend and fellow IBC "chick". Please remember Diana, and tell a friend about IBC.
