Ingredients
½ of a small cauliflower
1 medium-sized zucchini
½ of a yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
1 cup of raw almond milk
1tsp of *Herbamare Seasoning
1tsp of Spice Hunter Mexican Seasoning

Ingredients
2 cups of raw almonds (soaked)
2 bunches of cilantro
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 ½ lemons
Method
Cover almonds completely with wather and soak overnight.
The next day, drain almonds and rinse thoroughly with water. If you like, you may remove the almond skins for a smoother texture.

Ingredients
1/2 green pear
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 medium lemon
½ Teaspoon Sweet Lemon Pepper
2 cloves of Garlic
Salt to taste
¼ cup of grape seed oil
Method
Mix all ingredients but grape seed oil in blender.
Gradually add the grape seed oil and blend until smooth.
This dressing is delicious on watercress.
