Summer Jicama Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Jicama cut into small cubes
  • 1 large Heirloom Tomato (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 Avocado (cut into small chunks)
  • 1 Jalapeño Chili (minced)
  • 1 Red Anaheim Pepper (Sweet)
  • 1 Ripe Mango (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/4 Red Onion (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Cilantro chopped fine (without steams)
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste

 

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and Eat......Serve with warm Quinoa or by itself....Yum!
