Sweet Chili Wild Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Filets of Salmon
  • 1 Tbs. of Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp. of Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp. of Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. of Chipotle Powder

Method

  1. Mix the herbs and coconut sugar with the coconut butter.
  2. Rub each filet on both sides and set aside.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes on each side and voila…… Serve with steamed zucchini.
