How can I get vitamin B-12 in my diet as a vegetarian?

While vitamin B-12 is most abundant in meats, it is also found in dairy products, such as cottage cheese, low-fat milk, yogurt and cheese. Depending on the type of vegetarian you are, eating eggs will provide some vitamin B12. For pescitarians (vegetarians who allow fish and shellfish in their diet) oysters, clams, crab, tuna and bluefish contain vitamin B12.
