Malibu beauty Roma Downey has been stepping into spring with a little jet setting R and R with the family. She’s been saying “cheers” to London and “bongiorno” to Venice and Rome. She treated her kids to a tour of the usual sights like the London Eye and and a private water taxi trip on the Grand Canal of Venice. And, oh yes — there was that audience with the pope!
As we all know, Roma is a wonder woman and even managed to make it back to Malibu for her birthday party on Cinco de Mayo. Olé!
CRUISING WITH FRAN
While Roma was soaking up the sights, her close pal Fran Drescher was away at sea. Fran was busy organizing a Cabaret Cruise to benefit her Cancerschmancer organization.
The glittering New York City skyline served as the backdrop for the cruise an exclusive, all-VIP experience with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner with Fran and some of her dearest friends, followed by a night of New York’s finest cabaret talent. They were all aboard the luxurious Hornblower Infinity, one of the city’s premiere concert venues.
