Debora Wright is Founder and Chair of A Vision of Health. She has served in the breast health community for over thirty years. Debora began her career as a mammography technologist, quickly becoming a leader in the field. She has written extensively, made public appearances as a breast health expert, and taught mammography technique and radiation protection.
Since 2003, she has served as President of Inner Images, a mobile mammography screening company. Her organization was awarded an unprecedented grant from the Breast Cancer Prevention Fund to screen underserved women. Debora is a longtime member of the American Cancer Society (ACS), has served on numerous ACS committees and won multiple awards for her work in breast cancer prevention. She has served as President of the Orange County District of Radiologic Technologists, as editor of Breast Imagining for Administrative Radiology; she currently serves on the board and planning committee for the National Consortium of Breast Centers and holds a board seat for International Health Bridge. Most recently, Debora is Council Chair for Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties of the Regional Board for the American Cancer Society.
An exclusive invitation from ACS took Debora to China where she instructed over 500 family planning physicians in Clinical Breast Examination. She earned her CBE certification from the National Consortium of Breast Centers.
Debora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety from California State University, Los Angeles, and a teaching credential in Health and Sciences from California State University, Long Beach. Debora has dedicated herself to continuing education and has participated in over forty professional education courses in breast health and breast cancer prevention.

A Vision of Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality breast cancer screenings and prevention services to women throughout Southern California, regardless of their ability to pay. We also offer comprehensive nutrition and exercise courses, A New Leaf Prevention Program, in alignment with the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program. We focus very heavily on nutrition and exercise as a form of disease prevention, and work very hard to promote a healthy lifestyle.
