Michael Pereira is a Los Angeles based life coach, spiritual teacher and meditation guide. He currently teaches meditation and breathwork at Unplug Meditation Studio and The Den. He is a former professional singer/dancer and while living in Paris he created the 1st American musical theater academy in France.
