By choosing to sign up for the Cancer Schmancer online community (friends.cancerschmancer.org) you acknowledge and agree that any information you provide, may be viewed by the general public. You authorize CS to use your submission of photos and/or videos, or portions thereof, at the discretion of CS, and as CS deems necessary or appropriate for outreach materials. CS reserves the right to edit, abridge or format your submissions (photos, videos, blogs, comments, posts, etc.) for any reason and/or to remove or decline to post any submission at its election and discretion. You understand that CS may post your submissions with its own photographs which the organization has or shall obtain and utilize at its discretion.

You acknowledge that you are the person about whom the submissions are written and pertain. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily offering your submissions for publication on the CS online community for your own personal reasons.

By offering these submissions to CS, you authorize CS to use your submissions in whole or in part, and at its discretion to use or incorporate your submission with like information and submissions offered by other CS website visitors. You understand and acknowledge that CS does not endorse or make any warranties or representations with regard to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of the statements in your submissions.
