Almond Milk with Ginger &Turmeric

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of raw fresh almond milk
  • 1” of fresh ginger
  • 1” of fresh turmeric root
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 2 dates pitted

Method

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Run through a strainer to remove the fiber from the ginger and the turmeric
  • Enjoy
