Feeling the Fall Frenzy?

I’m not sure about you but for me and many of my friends and clients, the fall can feel a bit frantic. Maybe it is because we are sad summer is over and trying to adjust to the new schedules and demands of our family and work commitments.  It also might be because the fall is a bit like a new year where we want to get back on track for some of the nutrition, fitness or other health goals that may have slipped over the summer.

To keep in line with my goals of removing toxins, I am in the middle of a series of dental appointments to extract and replace all mercury fillings.  Over the past two months I have spent several hours in the dentist chair and realize just how important oral health is.  I could live off of greens and alkaline foods all day long but still have inflammation in my mouth!  And guess where it goes?  Down that hatch and into our bodies causing other health issues.
